At Nuts For Us, we are committed to delivering premium quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, oils, and related products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.

3. Mandatory Proof for Returns
To process a return request, customers must provide:

An unboxing video (starting from unopened package)

Images of the outer packaging and shipping label

Original invoice copy
Failure to provide the above may result in rejection of the return request.
4. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Opened food items may be considered only in genuine damage/wrong item cases.

Products that are partially or fully consumed are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
5. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise decided on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, customers may be required to ship the product back using a reliable courier service.
We currently ship via Delhivery, XpressBees, and Shiprocket-supported courier partners.
6. Refunds & Replacements
Upon verification and approval, we may offer:

The resolution will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue reported.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details for processing refunds.
7. Order Cancellation Policy

8. Return to Origin (RTO) Cases
If an order is returned to us due to:

Customer unavailable at delivery

Pay re-shipping charges for re-dispatch, or

Bear applicable logistics costs before refund processing
